Guide on Spider-Man's Web-Shooters in Fortnite

With the release of Fortnite Chapter 3, Epic Games gives players a brand-new way to get around the map and win the game. Spider-Man's web-shooters are up for the taking, allowing you to web-sling to your heart's content. But before you can start zipping through the game world as your favorite superhero, you have to know where to find the shooter!

In this guide, we'll help you locate the mythic item and give you tips on using them.

Finding Spider-Man's Web-Shooters

If you've played Marvel's Spider-Man on the Playstation, you know what to look for during your search. The web-shooters are in backpacks carefully stashed by Peter Parker. The bags contain the shooters as well as some loot.

The backpacks have a 90 percent spawn rate and appear at set locations throughout the map. They're plentiful, so keep your eyes peeled. Don't forget to look at the walls inside buildings!

Using the Web-Shooters

There's no doubt that this item is one of the most exciting to grace Fortnite in recent years. However, they can be a little tricky to use. It may require trial, error, and adjusting your Fortnite mouse sensitivity to get things right.

Once you equip the web-shooters, you'll see a reticle at the center of your screen. Use it to aim at any solid object, and the shooters will thrust you forward. Like other Spider-Man games, you can use the webs to build up plenty of forward momentum.

Continue shooting at solid objects mid-air! As long as you land the shots, you can continue swinging. There is a recharge time, so you can't ride infinitely. Furthermore, there are two versions of the web shooter in the game. One has infinite ammo, while the other only has 80 shots.

The good news is that falling out of the sky mid-swing won't cause any damage. Just brush yourself off, let your shooter recharge, and try again.

Fortnite Web-Slinging

Mastering Spider-Man's web shooter isn't easy, but it's certainly worth the work. Adjust your Fortnite mouse sensitivity and give it some practice. Before you know it, you'll be a web-slinging fiend!
