Certain cars will never go out of style. Whether you are into classic cars or just enjoy certain cars from films and shows, they will always bring a smile to your face. Let's take a look at some of these beauties from the past.
The Car From "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"
Who could forget this red 1961 Ferrari 250 GT? It was the car Ferris, his buddy, and his love drove around in while taking the day off from school because "[i]t was [Cameron's dad's] fault he didn't lock the garage." Interestingly, this car wasn't exclusively used for different shots. Three Modena Spyders were used, but the real car was used in shots that required close-up shots.
The Car From "Back to the Future"
The 1981 Delorean DMV-12, equipped with the Flux Capacitor, was all that was needed to go "back," and forward, back again, into a parallel reality, back and then really far back. You can see this vehicle in the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, CA.
The Car From the Ghostbusters Movies
Ecto-1 is a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor. It came with a ton of problems, but that loud siren, paint job, and lots of ghost-catching tech made it the ideal vehicle for the Ghostbusters. It went to "the other side" for a bit, thanks to Slimer. It somehow made its way back to continue the story. This three-ton wonder once got stuck on the Brooklyn Bridge and caused a crazy amount of traffic while filming.
