My name is Chef Briellen.

I created The Garden Gourmet to make the food that our mom's made...gourmet. I have brought together my classically trained skills and my flair for innovative healthy foods to create flavorful luxuriously tasting food at reasonable prices. Every week i create a new menu for our ever changing senses to feast upon. Our food starts from scratch and is home made on site.
