Tracking Your Payments

Dear EggZack User,

You may have noticed you are now receiving invoices from us via email for the first time. In an effort to improve communication, you will be receiving these invoices on a monthly basis going forward. If you see a new payment/invoice don't fret, it is likely you have already paid. These notices are mainly for your records to indicate payment has been or is being processed.

If your invoice has a line item for "Payment - …" this indicates it has been or will soon be paid for the designated time period. We hope this change will help you better understand your subscription.
